Tomatoes
These help naturally to protect your skin from harmful UV rays and sunburn. Tomatoes boost skin collagen which keeps it elastic and supple. It could also reduce the risk of developing certain cancers with the presence of lycopene. However, eating tomatoes does not mean skipping sunscreen entirely.
