This week on Beauty Diaries, we have Beauty Vlogger Uche Nwaokocha, a university student and content creator from London, sharing her favourite Hair and Beauty products.
Hi, My name is Uche Nwaokocha, I’m half Igbo and half Yoruba. I’m 21 years old and I’m a University Student and Content Creator from London. My favourite hair products are anything from the Shea Moisture coconut and hibiscus range because it is fabulous.
Especially their conditioner, I love mixing it with coconut oil and Jamaican castor oil for a good deep condition.
The conditioner leaves my hair feeling so soft and the coconut oil makes it very easy to detangle, natural hair can be a real struggle so these products make the washing process much easier.
My favourite Beauty products are Laura Geller Gilded Honey and Revlon Colorstay.
Laura Geller Gilded Honey is the most beautiful highlighter, it really does give an iridescent appearance, making it look like you’re glowing from within.
Revlon Colorstay is affordable and fabulous – it’s the perfect match for my skin and has medium/buildable coverage which I love!
My biggest beauty splurge is Charlotte Tilbury Film Star Bronze and Glow, £49!! Usually I can justify spending that much on an eyeshadow palette (as you get several shades) but in my defence… I held out for over a year!
My biggest hair and beauty regret was being in such a hurry to relax my hair when I was much younger. Although it was the easy way out for so long, I am now loving and embracing my natural curls.
The best beauty tip I’ve ever heard is”If you’re going to splurge, splurge on tools not products. (Makeup Wise)”
