-After a base of dewy skin, apply #Tara shadow primer sparingly on the lower eyelid for a long-lasting, crease-free finish.
-Use a small brush to place the Tara DUDU #eyeshadow on the area with the primer, from the lash line to the crease….
-Apply the TARA liquid Liner in Blackest Black on the upper and the
TARA black retractible pencil on the lower lash line, extending the
liner slightly beyond the outer corners for a vintage feel.
-Fill brows in with Tara Brow pencil in a shade that matches your natural hair colour
